NOBODY PUTS GOLDMAN SACHS IN TEH CORNER.

Hi,

So yesterday, while I was writing my blog post on group theory, there was a lot of crazy action on the markets. Now, afterward, some people were saying it was because of a stupid human at citibank (see here: http://bit.ly/djaoRu).

But, I have my own theory. I think that my world domination heroes, Goldman Sachs (GS), was showing the government who's really in charge.

I tagged a chart of yesterday's Dow to show what happened:

1. Charlie "Gasbag" Gasparino reports that GS might have to pay up to $5 Billion Dollars (http://bit.ly/dennlQ)
   
2. I start writing my blog post, and asked my big brother, PK, to help with the graphics
   
3. I publish my blog post *AND* GS starts to make the market sell off in preparation of...
   
4. Lloyd "Angry Man" Blankfein placing a call to an unknown government official
   
5. Government official say GS may have to pay a large fine to settle
   
6. Lloyd Blankfein states, "Don't fuck with Goldman Sachs."
   Government official says, "This is really out of my hands, Mr. Blankfein. The decision is above my pay grade. You'll have to talk to my superiors."
   Lloyd Blankfein retorts, "Tell your bosses to watch this.", and gives the order.
   
7. A more senior government official gets on the call, "We're willing to negoitate Mr. Blankfein."
   
8. Lloyd calls off his attack dogs, and says, "We'll continue this discussion later."
